About Our Client
Our client is a multinational consumer goods manufacturing company with a diverse product portfolio covering both food and non-food categories.
Job Description
- Develop, implement and execute strategies covering all spectrum of Supply Chain processes including supplier/production/demand planning, distribution, logistics and operations for the region
- To set direction, strategies, vision with a keen focus on driving continuous improvement activities within the Supply Chain function in order to develop successful performance platforms
- Evaluate, define and strategise Distribution & Operations processes across the region
- Spearheading Cost savings Projects for the region - structural changes, longer-term vs strategic moves
- Capital Expenditure: Prepare and agree annual and longer-term capital budgets and take responsibility for implementation of approved projects for the manufacturing sites
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or other related disciplines
- At least 15 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment
- Multi-category FMCG experience preferred
- Outstanding leadership capabilities, ability to communicate a compelling vision for the supply management organisation, and ability to drive results while developing a strong team
- Excellent English and Thai language skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a fast pace, results-oriented environment under minimal supervision
- Flexibility to travel overseas (30%)
