Currently expanding their presence across APAC region, our client is bringing their personalised approach to elevate customers cosmetic treatment experience.

Job Description

  • Manage relationship with existing customers, business partnering in ensuring performance objectives are met.
  • Expand into new markets and channels such as beauty salons, medispas/clinics, luxury hotel spas, and selective ecommerce.
  • Analyze data, KPIs, and forecasts, and prepare reports.
  • Organize relevant operational business activities such as brand/product training, QBRs, PR events, and national conferences.
  • Develop financial targets and objectives through detailed Business Plans, focusing on OGSM.
  • Manage commercial relationships through daily contacts and meetings to ensure operational excellence.
  • Plan and manage commercial activities and prospecting to meet monthly sales targets, as well as budget management and control.
  • Consultation, presentation and sale of Brand product range and services.
  • Support and coordinate demand forecasts, sales orders, and accounts payable.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in beauty, cosmetics/Derma cosmetics or in luxury and prestige sectors is desirable. Background in luxury hotel or relevant industry is also welcome.
  • Prior experience in distributor and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of Cosmoceutical and medical is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in Digital Commerce, particularly in end-to-end management, is highly advantageous.
  • Capable of cultivating and sustaining professional relationships.
