Our partner is a well‑established FMCG food manufacturer based in Samut Sakhon, recognized for high‑volume manufacturing capabilities and strong, aggressive business growth in recent years.

Job Description

  • Own and drive end‑to‑end R&D strategy across FMCG food manufacturing
  • Lead new product development from concept, formulation, scale‑up to launch
  • Command advanced processing technologies including spray drying and freeze drying
  • Accelerate innovation, renovation, and product optimization for high‑volume production
  • Enforce technical excellence across formulation, process design, and commercialization
  • Partner with Operations, QA, and Regulatory to deliver compliant products
  • Build, lead, and performance‑manage high‑impact R&D and technical teams
  • Control R&D budgets, timelines, and project governance to deliver measurable results

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related discipline
  • 15+ years of end‑to‑end R&D experience within food manufacturing background
  • Deep technical expertise in spray drying, freeze drying or vacuum processing
  • Proven ability to lead, scale, and performance‑manage R&D teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with decisive prioritization and time management
  • Fluent English with confidence engaging senior and cross‑functional stakeholders
