About Our Client

Our client is a well-established medical devices manufacturing. The working location is in Samut Prakan area.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable regulations (such as FDA and ISO 13485) and industry standards.
  • Lead a quality department, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product quality and safety throughout the supply chain.
  • Ensure the quality control including incoming materials inspection, in-process quality checks, and finished product inspection.
  • Prepare and take audit leads including internal, external, and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Support the customer complain related quality issues and lead root cause investigation
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal food safety regulations and standards, ensuring the factory's compliance with all relevant laws and certification.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a quality management role in medical devices product.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding in ISO13485
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent English and Thai communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
