Job Description
- Outline project scope, tasks, goals and deliverables
- Create full-scale project plans
- Develop strategy and direction, business model, product roadmap and monetization capacity
- Able to manage agile product development processes
- Manage the project resource plan and budget
- Report project issues and take appropriate risks and actions
- Manage appropriate documentation required for the projects
- Lead the planning and implementation phases of the projects
- Properly manage project resource allocation
- Track project deliverables using appropriate technology tools
- Provide quality assurance, monitor and report progress to all stakeholders
- Implement and manage appropriate project changes and interventions to achieve desired outputs
- Perform evaluations and assessment of results
- Maintain risk management to minimize risks on the project
- Act as a Scrum Master in sprints
- Perform OKRs with the development team
- Work closely with external stakeholders to ensure project success
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Business, Management or similar
- Experience 3 years as a Project Manager and 2 years as a Software Engineer or System Analyst
- 3 years in agile development
- Have experience as Scrum Master would be a plus
- In-depth knowledge of project management and SDLC
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Any additional Project Management Certifications will be considered an advantage
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- A proactive team player with good attention to details
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, both Thai and English (IELTS 6.5 or higher)
