Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to key stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Optimise resources to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience managing technical or capital projects in manufacturing or engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
  • Proven capability in budgeting, financial management, and capital planning.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, prioritisation, and multi‑project coordination skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement ability.
  • Proficiency in project management systems and digital tools.
