Our client is a food manufacturer based in Samut Sakhon, with dominant core products and a strong focus on product innovation.

Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end production operations for liquid and canned food lines, including heating, boiling, and cooling processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Manage and lead 100+ operators across multiple shifts, ensuring manpower planning, discipline, productivity, and strong shop-floor execution.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (e.g. GMP, HACCP, ISO), maintaining strict control over high-temperature processing and critical control points.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, reduce waste, downtime, and production costs, using Lean / Kaizen / problem-solving tools.
  • Coordinate with engineering, QA, and planning teams to support new product launches, process improvements, and stable mass production.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Solid experience in food production operations and management, ideally in canned, UHT, or powder products involving both heating and cooling stages, including boiling and high-temperature processes
  • Proven experience managing over 100 staff
  • Strong capability in process improvement and operational efficiency
