Job Description

  • Oversee and enhance the performance of all machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure machine efficiency aligns with KPI standards.
  • Identify and analyse issues to maintain quality and reduce costs.
  • Guarantee that all products meet required quality and food safety standards.
  • Develop new products and processes.
  • Focus on project management with an emphasis on cost savings.
  • Implement a proactive maintenance plan to minimise downtime and reduce minor stoppages.
  • Establish optimal parameters to minimise costs, spoilage, and downtime.
  • Identify essential spare parts and create tools to enhance line effectiveness.
  • Develop training programs for technicians on machine setup and maintenance.
  • Supervise and monitor employee performance to ensure timely production completion.
  • Review and update production procedures and work instructions.
  • Plan skill development initiatives for operators.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations across all operations



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience of Production in plastic injection and blow mold
  • Proven track record at a management level
  • Background from food packaging is an advantage
  • Good command in English
  • Teamwork, calm, and work well under pressure
