Job Description

  • Oversee the entire production cycle-from prototyping to pre-series validation-ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality, technical, and safety standards aligned with company and client expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, reduce costs, and optimize lead times.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, quality control, and product development teams to align production goals and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in production management within Asia, ideally in watch component machining.
  • Strong technical skills in CNC operations (e.g. Recomatic, Bumotec, Heche, Fanuc) and ability to read complex technical drawings.
  • Solid understanding of materials and aesthetic standards in watchmaking, with hands-on leadership and team support.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and familiarity with programming software such as AlphaCam.
  • Good in English communication
