Job Description

  • Oversee day‑to‑day production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and consistent output.
  • Promote a strong workplace safety culture and ensure timely reporting and resolution of any safety concerns.
  • Maintain product quality by monitoring processes, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Drive productivity improvements through continuous improvement practices and optimised workflow management.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans to meet business goals and performance targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop employees through coaching, training initiatives, and clear communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in aluminium or steel manufacturing with foundry and casting process or related
  • Several years of leadership experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
  • Familiarity with operational excellence frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and operate effectively in both office and production environments.
