Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products to drive growth and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create and implement effective campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and analyse competitors to identify opportunities for product positioning.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including launches and phase-outs, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance and market insights to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and industry professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all marketing activities.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for marketing initiatives and campaigns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager should have:

  • A degree in pharmacy, sciences based or related field.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai for effective communication.
