Job Description

  • Deliver annual Gross Sales and EBITA financial targets for Thailand, including year-on-year growth targets and agreed market shares
  • Develop annual brand plans and help to support marketing A&P
  • Forecast and manage budget of brand activities to maximise resource and Return of Investment (ROI)
  • Ensure a consumer/patient centric mindset is at the forefront of all brand activity by leveraging compelling consumer insights and best practice leanings
  • Ensure marketing activities are complied with marketing codes, local regulations and company's standard
  • Gathering market research, trends, and competitive intelligence and analysis of the external market to better understand customer's needs
  • Develop and ensure that local advertising, promotional strategies and objectives are aligned with company strategies and guidelines
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that all HCP initiatives and customer are consistent with approved business strategies and brand style guidelines
  • Prepare and support document for hospital list-in and tenders
  • Organising conferences for ethical and OTC channels including booth planning and developments, coordinating trade premiums and display stand materials and manage internal approval
  • Manage A&P tracking, document preparation required for quotation and payments as per finance process
  • Prepare documents for advertising materials submission to Thai FDA
  • Conduct and manage internal staff training
  • Work directly with agency partners as required

The Successful Applicant

  • A recognised university degree and and/or MBA is preferable
  • 2-4 year's experience in ethical and OTC marketing experience
  • Excellent customer service
  • Understands business strategy and is able to contribute effectively to brand planning and budgeting
  • Experience in developing multi-channel marketing programs across hospital and pharmacy
  • Experience in managing projects and developing corresponding launch plans
  • Plan and manage brand development projects, setting KPIs and co-ordinating efficient use of resources and managing communication with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Applicant must possess critical thinking, creative problem solving, prioritisation, and multi-tasking skills
  • Understands strategic planning, and has strong analytical and numerical reasoning
  • Strongly results oriented with a demonstrable record of success
  • Acts with integrity and is trustworthy
  • Is resilient and can withstand setbacks when resources are constrained
