Job Description

  • Spot opportunities for expansion and formulate compelling business proposals that involve product positioning.
  • Engage with customers and sales personnel to comprehend their particular requirements, translating them into product specifications and strategies while clearly communicating these needs internally.
  • Lead product launches by collaborating with the public relations team, executives, and other members of the product management team.
  • Act as a product advocate to promote awareness and comprehension.
  • Oversee all aspects of the pre- and post-launch product life cycle, including monitoring and reporting on market activity, responding with practical development and marketing initiatives to ensure continued profitability and growth.
  • Coordinate stakeholder and market demands to define, plan, and implement product launch and marketing strategies to both end-users and retail partners.
  • Execute any relevant tasks as directed by the manager/director from time to time.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related fields; a Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in multinational pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
  • Experience in the Aesthetics therapeutic area is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Multi-Channel or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to execute successfully in fast-paced, dynamic markets.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • High learning agility, adaptability, and strong collaborative skills.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in English with strong interpersonal skills.
