About Our Client

Global Aerospace Manufacturing Operation Repair.

Job Description

    • Design, maintain, and continuously improve repair processes for aircraft engine components, including tooling and fixture development to support part repair activities.
    • Optimize repair methods by introducing new equipment, technologies, or repair techniques to enhance efficiency, capability, and process robustness.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide necessary engineering information and ensure smooth workflow alignment across departments.
    • Work jointly with Operations to meet production requirements, reduce rework, improve yield, and drive overall process performance.
    • Lead and support process improvement initiatives through the company program, while engaging with international engineering team to implement best practices in repair processes.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Aerospace, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong English proficiency, communication and writing.
  • Experience in engineering roles within manufacturing is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and team-working skills.
  • Proficient in PC operations and capable of using relevant engineering application software effectively.
