Job Description

  • Develop and manage innovative insurance products tailored to market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launch and compliance with regulations.
  • Analyse market data to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
  • Monitor product performance and implement strategies to optimise profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market research and data analysis.
  • Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to effectively promote new products and services.
  • Support the training of internal teams on new product features and benefits.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Development Manager/Senior Manager should have:

  • Proven expertise in the insurance industry with a strong understanding of product development processes.
  • Experience in analysing market trends and customer insights to create innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the insurance sector.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
