Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all utilities systems, including steam boilers, HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, wastewater, and electrical systems.
  • Ensure continuous and reliable supply of utilities to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor system performance closely and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure full compliance with GMP standards, including hygiene, sanitation, and equipment maintenance requirements.
  • Comply with local regulations related to emissions, hazardous waste management, and energy consumption.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation for regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Support internal audits and prepare for external inspections conducted by relevant authorities.
  • Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
  • Utilize SAP or similar CMMS systems to manage maintenance work orders, asset history, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead and execute capital projects related to facility upgrades and utility system enhancements.
  • Ensure all engineering and maintenance activities comply with environmental and regulatory standards.
  • Drive initiatives for energy efficiency and water conservation across plant operations.
  • Monitor and report environmental performance indicators aligned with sustainability targets.
  • Implement improvement solutions such as renewable energy adoption or waste heat recovery where applicable.
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers and technicians to ensure high performance and capability growth.
  • Promote a strong safety culture along with accountability and continuous improvement mindset.

The Successful Applicant

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of experience as a Facilities and Utilities Engineering role in manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of utility systems including boilers, HVAC, compressed air, and water systems.
  • Possess experience in managing maintenance strategies such as preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance.
  • Have hands-on experience using SAP or similar CMMS tools for asset management and maintenance tracking.
  • Show strong understanding of Thai regulatory requirements including GMP and environmental compliance standards.
  • Have experience supporting audits and inspections with strong documentation and compliance control.
  • Demonstrate leadership ability in managing and developing technical teams.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with root cause analysis.
  • Have experience in energy efficiency or sustainability initiatives, which will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate project management experience in facility upgrades or utility-related capital projects.
  • Show strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across functions.
  • Good command in English.
