We are looking for a Plant Manager to join our global manufacturing organization, managing P&L, bringing strong leadership in operations, EHS, quality, cost optimization, and continuous improvement, with extensive experience in multinational manufacturing environments and managing multi‑disciplinary teams.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve Gross Profit goals while maximizing efficiency, product quality, and overall manufacturing performance.
  • Lead all site EHS programs by fostering a zero-harm culture, ensuring compliance, conducting risk assessments, managing incidents, and delivering continuous safety training.
  • Strengthen customer-focused quality systems by reducing defects and complaints, driving CAPA processes, and maintaining full compliance with standards and customer expectations.
  • Drive cost‑efficiency through OEE improvements, waste reduction, labor and overhead optimization, and the implementation of lean and Kaizen initiatives.
  • Build organizational capability by coaching leaders, developing talent pipelines, enhancing employee engagement, and reinforcing a high‑performance, accountable culture.
  • Lead the adoption of best‑practice manufacturing systems, including Kaizen, automation, and integrated business processes to achieve world‑class operations.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Engineering on demand planning, customer solutions, product strategies, cost reduction efforts, and new product launch readiness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline; a Master's in Engineering/Science or MBA is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Over 15 years of experience in multinational manufacturing operations, including at least 10 years in senior roles across functions such as Plant Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Development, or Engineering.
  • Demonstrated leadership excellence, strong interpersonal capabilities, proven business impact, and a history of delivering high‑performance results.
  • Highly driven, hands‑on, resilient, adaptable to challenges beyond comfort zones, and willing to travel for regional meetings, site engagements, and customer visits.
