About Our Client

Our partner is a leading FMCG food manufacturer, well known for its strong market presence and leading products.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end plant operations across Production, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse to ensure smooth daily execution.
  • Drive productivity and efficiency improvements by optimising manpower, line performance, and overall plant capacity.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC) and lead internal/external audits.
  • Manage engineering and maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement.
  • Control plant budget and cost performance including utilities, waste reduction, and operational expenses.
  • Develop and lead the plant team by coaching managers/supervisors, strengthening capability, and building a strong safety culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related discipline
  • Over 15 years of progressive experience in end-to-end plant operations within food manufacturing
  • Strong expertise across Production, Engineering, and Quality functions with full-site operational ownership
  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence, productivity improvement, and cost optimization
  • Strong commercial mindset and business acumen, with the ability to align operations with business goals
  • Highly adaptable and resilient in dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environments
  • Good command of English with effective communication across cross-functional and international stakeholders
