Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant HR Manager to lead the full-spectrum HR function at our manufacturing site in Northern Thailand. This role will act as a strategic HR partner to plant leadership while ensuring strong operational execution, compliance, and alignment with global HR initiatives. The plant is based in northern Thaialnd.

Job Description

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to plant management, supporting business goals and workforce strategy
  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Drive global and regional HR initiatives and projects in collaboration with global HR teams
  • Ensure full compliance with Thai labor law, labor regulations, company policies, and internal controls
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively across plant leadership, employees and global teams
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner
  • Support change management and foster a strong, positive, and high-performance culture within the plant

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner within a multinational company (MNC)
  • Solid background working in a manufacturing or plant environment
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, labor regulations, and HR compliance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, with confidence to work closely with global teams
  • Dynamic, proactive, and hands-on leadership style
  • Ability to drive initiatives, manage change, and work effectively in a matrix and multicultural environment
