Job Description

  • Be part of the annual executive compensation and benefit survey to analyse and report the current market's standard and practices.
  • Develop the most effective executive remuneration and suggest the best practices to the Group HR.
  • In charge of design and management of policies for the Group's expatriates to identify any crucial changes to be made for improvement
  • Create, analyse, and communicate job offers in a Compensation and Benefits perspective
  • Ensure alignment of the internal Compensation and Benefits perspective
  • Support the HR team on Performance Management and KPIs processes
  • Coordinate with involved stakeholders for performance review for employee's merit increase and variable incentives and purpose a suitable package
  • Organise a job-grading activities as requested
  • Support a business for Merger and Acquisition as requested
  • Coordinate with maintain a good relationship with external C & B consulting firms

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum work experience of 8 years in HR
  • Background working in MNCs
  • Bachelor's degree and above for related field
  • Self-drive, multi-tasks, independent and proactive individual
  • Excellent English communication
  • Excellent presentation skills
