Our client is a European steel fabrication manufacturing company.

Job Description

  • In charge of Operation Management covering Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Engineering activities within the factory
  • Work together with the business team to identify objectives, develop strategies, and ensure alignment with business expectations
  • Develop continuous improvement initiatives
  • Improve and maintain Quality standards aligned with customer's expectations and the company's standards
  • Drive awareness of EHS within the factory and ensure compliance with laws
  • Identify successors and coach future leaders to ensure business continuity
  • Ensure that employees meet KPIs, evaluate performance, and identify development areas

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven record at a management level
  • Strong team management in a manufacturing environment
  • Industry background from steel manufacturing or related field
  • Excellent command in English
