Job Description



  • Drive sales performance and execution across General Trade, Traditional Trade, and Distribution channels nationwide.


  • Lead a large sales team over Thailand, and oversee a network of distributors and sales operation staff.


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share, revenue, and distribution efficiency.


  • Strengthen distributor partnerships and ensure alignment with trade marketing, sales targets, and in-store execution.


  • Collaborate cross-functionally and leverage sales data and market insights to optimize route-to-market strategies.



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of experience in Regional Sales Manager within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven ability to lead large sales teams and manage extensive distributor networks effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of Thailand's trade landscape, including market dynamics and consumer trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities with both internal teams and external partners.
