We are urgently seeking a Medical & Patient Affairs Lead to oversee and drive medical and patient-focused initiatives for a innovator mid sized global MNC. This would be an excellent role for someone working as a manager having some people management exposure, aspiring to lead Medical Affairs for a innovation focused speciality European mid pharma MNC.
  • Head the team in established therapies & focus in Oncology/Haematology
  • Lead a team of 1 medical advisor & 1 MSL and report to GM directly

Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of medical and patient-focused strategies within the healthcare department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Provide medical expertise and guidance to support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups.
  • Analyse data and reports to guide decision-making and optimise patient-focused programmes.
  • Ensure effective communication and education on medical initiatives within the organisation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of patient affairs strategies in the Bangkok region.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Medical & Patient Affairs Lead should have:

  • Bachelors degree in pharmacy from a reputed University in Thailand
  • Proven experience in managing at least 1 MSL or medical advisor
  • Strong Experience in oncology, haematology essential, prior experience in CMVD would be a big plus
  • Strong knowledge of medical and patient-related regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analysing medical data and implementing evidence-based strategies.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
