Job Description

  • Sales support for defending or gaining new business at account level
  • Leads discussion on scientific evidence, clinical publication & procedures for company products
  • Supports sales conversion and in service for company products.
  • Delivers product training to sales and marketing team
  • Executes account level programs to support sales and marketing campaigns
  • Presents approved educational programs to healthcare professional, hospital directors and other key stake holders
  • Solves complex problems with differing techniques and methods for product used in Operation room
  • Leads or coaches project members or mentors current and new employees within functional discipline and enhance relevant knowledge to responsible product portfolio
  • Executes local and regional programs to support sales and marketing campaigns

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Experience as a Scrub Nurse is an advantage.
  • Over 3 years of hospital experience, ideally working with surgeons or anesthesiologists.
  • More than 3 years of strong experience in the medical device industry, specifically with products used in the operating room.
  • Expertise in clinical evidence and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of local and international surgical site infection prevention guidelines.
  • Experience in education, training, or medical communications.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, and strong teamwork abilities.
