Job Description

  • Define positioning, target audiences, and marketing objectives across various channels.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, fostering internal collaboration.
  • Utilize customer insights, market trends, and best practices to develop effective strategies.
  • Conduct and analyze analytics reporting across platforms to inform future campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with email, performance marketing, and web teams to refine lead nurturing tactics.
  • Partner with the creative team to develop briefs and guide creative direction for all advertising and communications, including print, digital, and video.
  • Design and implement multi-channel campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Manage content updates, budgeting, event participation, and provide sales support.
  • Use market insights to enhance outreach strategies and boost customer conversions.
  • Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis.
  • Present strategies and results to internal and external teams, including senior leadership.
  • Collaborate effectively with Multi-Channel, Buying & Merchandising, and Retail teams.
  • Develop and manage brand partner campaigns and strategic marketing plans.
  • Identify new business opportunities in partnership with brands.
  • Maintain current knowledge in marketing and media trends and train marketing personnel.
  • Plan and manage promotions, events, and campaigns.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, including experience in multi-channel campaign management, strategic planning, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Thai and English.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies across various channels.
