We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Marketing Manager to join the team in Thailand. You will play a pivotal role in leading and directing the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive significant and sustainable market growth for the intervention systems portfolio within your assigned territory. Job Description

Essential

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives, leveraging market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship to foster a high-performing and results-oriented environment.
  • Manage and oversee the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, print media, industry events, and healthcare professional engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, clinical affairs, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve marketing goals.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, generating insightful reports and recommendations to measure success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of evolving market trends, competitor activity, and healthcare marketing best practices to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent product and company brand at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's intervention systems portfolio and fostering brand awareness among key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of demonstrably successful experience in a marketing leadership role within the medical device industry, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of the medical device market, particularly the cardiovascular/interventional radiology sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, branding, digital marketing, and campaign development and execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team, collaborate effectively across diverse functions, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage budgets effectively, demonstrating strong financial acumen and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
