Job Description

  • Develop and nurture a collaborative cross-functional working relationship with country commercial teams and stakeholders to facilitate development, alignment and execution of Marketing strategies and plans to support the achievement of business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Manage Country Marketing Calendar including all Paid Media, Engagement activations, PR, Values and Influencer Marketing, CRM and ecommerce marketing activities.
  • Drive 360 Digital marketing approach with MOBILE First mentality in digital media & content strategy as well as demand & traffic generation.
  • Project-manage and optimize marketing programs to execute with impact, based on consumer insights, analytic-driven and leverage best practices to drive brand equity, commercial growth and omni-customer experience.
  • Lead and manage partner agencies to develop, align and steer marketing plans and activations while bridging gaps/identify opportunities, where possible.
  • Accountable for the success of Marketing programs executed, ROI set, ROMI tracking to drive marketing effectiveness and share best practices.
  • Own and manage A&P Marketing budget including annual financial plans, achieve accurate monthly forecasts, monthly and year-end accruals and quarterly reporting.
  • Be the main point of contact for the South East Asia Marketing lead to ensure calendar and stories alignment, full efficiency in assets usage, as well as all plans & reports submissions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • At least 6 years' experience in Brand Marketing, Integrated Communications, Brand PR, Digital and CRM roles.
  • Track record in people management and in building high performing teams
  • Relevant experience in the fashion, sportwear, consumer goods, lifestyle, skincare or retail industry is preferable.
  • Proactive, flexible and sociable with an active interest in fashion and digital.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Able to navigate effectively through matrix-organization and build relationships with key business partners.
  • Hands-on approach, attention to detail and can-do attitude.
