Job Description

  • Lead 360° marketing strategy across online, offline, retail, social, events, and e‑commerce.
  • Build and execute measurable brand‑building and demand‑generation programs.
  • Drive new product launches with excellence strategy, content, creative, messaging, media, influencer, and Go to Market alignment.
  • Analyze competitors, category trends, and consumer insights to fuel breakthrough ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, distributors, and regional stakeholders.
  • Strengthen brand equity through storytelling, sharp positioning, and creative innovation.
  • Execute hands‑on-no waiting, no layers, no bureaucracy.



The Successful Applicant

  • 4-8 years of Marketing experience in fast‑paced, execution‑heavy environments.
  • Background from top‑tier Consumer Goods, Retail, or Tech companies, or equivalent organizations known for strong brand‑building and commercial discipline.
  • Hungry and ambitious - motivated by rapid growth, challenge, and making visible impact.
  • A fast mover who thrives in high‑speed environments and takes full ownership from strategic thinking to hands‑on delivery.
  • Comfortable operating in a startup‑scale environment - adaptable, resourceful, scrappy, and energized by building things from the ground up.
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns across both Online & Offline channels with a strong consumer‑centric mindset.
  • Strong understanding of consumer products, brand building, and commercial performance drivers.
  • High‑potential talent ready to grow into a future Marketing Leadership role as the business scales.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English - excellent communication skills in both languages (spoken and written).
