About Our Client

Our client is a renowned manufacturer of consumer healthcare products and medical devices used in interventional medical specialties.

Ensure that the Thailand operations is aligned with Group Strategy and Objectives set over the next 2-3 years.
Accountability for ensuring production processes run reliably and efficiently to meet company On Time in Full (OTIF) target.
Drive the implementation of best practice manufacturing techniques (LEAN/Six Sigma) and processes ensuring maximum operational output an standards are achieved.
Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities and maintains the Business Continuity plan active from capacity, material sourcing, labour, sterilisation, and shipping perspective.
Ensure adherence to the process specification and maintaining all quality parameter to meet quality standards and ensure full compliance with Medical Regulations.
Engage with R&D as well as the commercial team to develop new product strategies, new materials, and process innovations.

Bachelor's Degree in Management/Operations/Engineering or other related fields.
Minimum 15 years of experience managing large-scale operations (ideally from the medical/food & beverage/pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors).
7+ years of progressive experience in a key leadership/management role at a manufacturing facility.
Previous experience/strong understanding of budgeting/expense management with a basic understanding of financial and accounting practices.
Good Communication Skills (fluent in English, and Thai preferred).
Technical Process understanding a benefit (process Robustness, automation, machine control).
Previous experience/best practices implementing and using continuous improvement tools such as; Six Sigma, 5S, Lean Manufacturing etc. to drive improvement.
Demonstrated strong leadership, team building, and advanced coaching skills.
