Job Description
- Managed the overall Mergers & Acquisitions activities with any key clients. Process handled ranging from deal sourcing, evaluating, execution & integrating, and divesting of the opportunities.
- Plan company's strategic and action to manage company profit and loss,
- Able to build, advise and coach team members with new technique and skill set
- Collaboratively work with Overseas companies, Production, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to drive actions towards the strategic direction
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor or master's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or relevant field
- 10-15 Years directed experience in Merger and Acquisitions projects, Investment banking consultancy
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindsets with understand company policy and company business management
- Good business analytically and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Work well independently and able to coach team member
- Good English communication skill
