Job Description

    • Oversee dailyCNC machining operations including machine planning, process control, troubleshooting, and efficiency improvement.
    • Manage and supervise a large production workforce across 2 shifts, including supervisors, engineers, and line leaders.
    • Drive operational performance metrics related to productivity, cost, quality, and delivery for aluminum wheel machining.
    • Collaborate cross‑functionally with planning, engineering, and production teams to support new models and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure proper machine operation, technical standards, and adherence to safety, 5S, and process documentation.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong experience in CNC machining operations, preferably in wheel manufacturing or automotive aluminum‑alloy environments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing large production teams (80-100+ employees) across multiple shifts.
  • Technical capability in machining processes, problem‑solving, and efficiency improvement.
  • Background working with low‑pressure or gravity casting operations is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, planning, and people‑management skills suitable for a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
