Job Description

  • Provide legal advice to the company on various legal issues and risks.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Identify and address legal issues affecting the company.
  • Manage external legal counsel as required.
  • Advise on corporate governance and company secretarial matters.
  • Support the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with various business units to provide integrated legal solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the corporate governance policies ranging from Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, Conflict of Interest Policy and Whistle-blowing Policy.

The Successful Applicant

  • A law degree from a recognised university.
  • Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing, real estate, litigation, mining, regulatory licensing, governmental liaison, preferably with mix of private practice and in-house from multinational companies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Thai and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
