Job Description

  • Manage contract reviewing, drafting, and negotiation, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks associated with business operations.
  • Handle dispute resolution and provide legal advice to various departments, enhancing overall legal awareness within the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations while reviewing commercial activities from a legal perspective.
  • Collaborate with regional headquarters for strategic planning and project roll-outs, contributing to the company's growth and expansion in the Thailand market.
  • Stay updated with the latest legal developments and best practices, proactively identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of post-qualified experience (PQE), preferably within the FMCG, pharmaceutical, or retail sectors.
  • Hands-on in-house legal experience is required.
  • Fluent in English and Thai, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to legal challenges.
