Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Prepare legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
  • Participate in high-level meetings with company management and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in risk management and mitigation activities.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation affecting the company.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial and/or manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in risk management and understanding of the industrial and/or manufacturing industry.
