Job Description



  • Draft, review, and update internal compliance policies and business Terms & Conditions applicable to operations in Thailand.


  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on regulatory compliance, corporate matters, employment and labour law, consumer protection, and intellectual property.


  • Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks associated with both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organisation.


  • Report directly to the Legal Director based at the regional headquarters.


  • Supervise and manage the work of one Legal Assistant based in Thailand.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or higher; licensed to practice law in Thailand


  • 5-8 years of relevant legal experience, ideally a mix of private practice and in-house roles


  • Strong knowledge of Thai regulatory frameworks covering compliance, employment, consumer rights, and IP


  • Comfortable working in a tech-driven business and advising on fast-evolving


  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, with a collaborative and business-oriented mindset


  • Able to work independently and manage cross-functional relationships across departments
