Job Description

  • Monitoring competitors' activities and products
  • Deal with complaints from customers.
  • Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers, potential customers and in stores as well
  • In overall to strengthen business relationship with assigned key customers through contact strategy
  • To execute strategies activities with responded account to ensure effectiveness of execution to meet sale growth and profitable target.
  • To manage customer promotion investment at assigned customers.
  • Assist MT Manager on the operation job of each assigned customers.
  • Do weekly & monthly report in the format that aligned with supervisor in both customers and store level.
  • Deliver the agreed plan, follow-up achievement of counterparts to develop short-term/long-term relationship with customers.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of experience in key account management
  • Experience in managing the team
  • Experience in managing modern trade accounts
  • Ability to establish relationship with retailers
