- Monitoring competitors' activities and products
- Deal with complaints from customers.
- Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers, potential customers and in stores as well
- In overall to strengthen business relationship with assigned key customers through contact strategy
- To execute strategies activities with responded account to ensure effectiveness of execution to meet sale growth and profitable target.
- To manage customer promotion investment at assigned customers.
- Assist MT Manager on the operation job of each assigned customers.
- Do weekly & monthly report in the format that aligned with supervisor in both customers and store level.
- Deliver the agreed plan, follow-up achievement of counterparts to develop short-term/long-term relationship with customers.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 years of experience in key account management
- Experience in managing the team
- Experience in managing modern trade accounts
- Ability to establish relationship with retailers
