The role of the Key Account Manager is pivotal to driving revenue and profit growth by managing key accounts, which contribute a significant portion of the company's income. This position entails building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including major retail groups and new retailers.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve key performance indicators, ensure sufficient inventory supply, and address any operational issues.
  • Leading consumer activation initiatives and managing promotional activities.
  • Observing and analyzing competitors' activities and ensuring stock availability during sales periods.
