Job Description

  • Manage and develop key accounts within the homecare channel
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with strategic customers
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive sales performance
  • Analyse market trends, customer data, and sales performance to support decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, technical) to ensure customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the homecare or FMCG industry
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data
  • Proficiency with sales tools and CRM systems
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on targets and performance
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment
