Job Description

  • Manage key accounts and drive sales performance to meet assigned targets.
  • Develop new customers and expand business opportunities to achieve growth goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Lead and execute projects effectively for both existing and new customers.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to create and implement strategic, innovative plans.
  • Promote and deliver suitable fragrance solutions by coordinating with internal teams and distributors.
  • Identify customer requirements, match them with company offerings, and provide market insights to internal stakeholders while ensuring customer satisfaction and monitoring competitive activity.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Business/Marketing.
  • Demonstrated minimum 5 years sales experience from personal care raw materials or fragrance.
  • Passion in fragrance and sense of taste and style.
  • Self‑driven, independent, and proactive mindset with a willingness to take on challenges and strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Strong relationship‑building ability with customers, distributors, and key accounts, combined with solid sales process understanding, negotiation skills, and target‑driven performance.
  • Strategic thinker with clear, structured problem‑solving, effective time management, and capability to understand and translate customer needs into business opportunities.
  • English communication skill.
