Job Description

  • Manage and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, VMware/ESX, Azure cloud, storage, and databases.
  • Improve infrastructure performance, security, and scalability.
  • Modernize and simplify legacy systems with cost‑effective solutions.
  • Oversee daily IT operations and ensure high uptime for critical systems.
  • Manage POS support and IT helpdesk to meet SLAs across all locations.
  • Oversee IT assets, software licensing, and inventory.
  • Track and report operational KPIs.
  • Lead and develop a small infrastructure and operations team.
  • Oversee access control, risk management, and security compliance.
  • Support incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Lead infrastructure projects such as network upgrades, data center improvements, and new store openings.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Retail industry experience preferred.
  • Strong skills in networking, VMware/ESX, Windows/Linux servers, Azure, DR/backup, and POS technologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
