Job Description

  • Design and maintain IT infrastructure in line with corporate standards and security policies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to manage IT systems and deliver technical projects.
  • Oversee local IT service providers to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business needs.
  • Implement and improve IT procedures, support system integration, and conduct application testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across hardware, software, and business applications.
  • Provide user support across infrastructure and business systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • Infrastructure: VMware, clouds, Office 365, endpoint management, etc.
  • Applications: ERP (SAP/ Microsoft Dynamics AX), POS, and Power BI.
  • Experienced in IT operations and support.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to manage projects and work independently.
  • Fluent in English; degree in IT or related field.
