Job Description

  • Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess financial status and operational efficiency.
  • Provide insight and recommendations on financial risk management.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance team to streamline processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present to management.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
  • Support the continuous improvement of internal controls in the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Internal Controller should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing and control practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and databases.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity.
