Job Description

  • Lead HR Operations: Manage full-spectrum HR including recruitment, ER, performance management, and C&B.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders and Regional HR to implement talent initiatives and workforce planning.
  • Employee Relations: Oversee engagement, grievance handling, and union/employee representative engagement.
  • Compliance & Policy: Develop and maintain HR policies ensuring full alignment with local employment laws.
  • Digitisation & Change: Support HR system implementations (HRIS) and drive change management for business transformation.
  • Development: Oversee training initiatives to build workforce capability and leadership strength.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Manage external partners (recruiters, trainers) and support HR-related budgets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of HR management experience with deep operational and legislative knowledge.
  • Proven ability to influence senior management and work effectively with unions (where applicable).
  • Preferred experience with HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on, action-oriented, and solutions-focused with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills suited for a dynamic, changing environment.
