In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner to our commercial functions-supporting HR matter from internal hiring, talent development, and performance management to culture building and employee engagement. You'll be backed by our HR Center of Excellence and Shared Services team to ensure seamless execution and support.

Job Description

  • Partner with commercial leaders and the Head of HR to align people strategies with business goals
  • Drive internal mobility and talent selection by collaborating across teams
  • Lead organizational development and change initiatives to build a high-performance culture
  • Support line managers in performance coaching, career development, and team effectiveness
  • Champion our values and culture in all aspects of people management
  • Analyze engagement data and help drive solutions to improve morale and productivity
  • Manage employee relations and ensure policies and practices are fair and compliant

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years' experience as an HRBP or similar role, ideally in a commercial or FMCG environment
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience in talent development, performance, and organizational health
  • A culture advocate with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
