Job Description

  • HR Operations & Payroll: Manage end-to-end payroll, C&B programs, and ensure compliance with global and local standards.
  • Performance Management: Drive goal setting, reviews, calibration, and support OD initiatives through performance data.
  • HRIS & Data Management: Oversee HRIS accuracy, improve digital processes, and train users.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead engagement surveys, action plans, and organize welfare, CSR, and cultural activities.
  • General Affairs & Facilities: Supervise office/plant services, hygiene, safety, and liaise with authorities.
  • HR Process Improvement: Standardize and enhance HR workflows, policies, and documentation.
  • Budget & Compliance: Support HR budgeting and ensure audit and quality compliance.
  • People Partnering: Act as HRBP for key functions, handling ER, performance, and disciplinary matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 8+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in HR management/operations leadership
  • Strong expertise in payroll & C&B, performance management, employee engagement, and HRIS/data accuracy
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills across all levels
  • Strong English communication skills; able to prepare HR reports
  • High integrity, empathy, and trust-building ability
  • Analytical, logical, and systematic thinker
  • Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
