Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Partner with plant leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle negotiations and maintain positive relationships with labor unions.
  • Drive initiatives in compensation & benefits, training, and employee engagement.
  • Support continuous improvement and change management projects.



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in labor union negotiations and collective bargaining.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong command of English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
