The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree (HR or related field preferred); postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of hands-on HR experience, including advisory roles for managers.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Experience in healthcare industry is highly desirable.
