We are partnering with a rapidly expanding food & beverage company that is undergoing a major phase of modernization and organizational transformation. With over a decade of operations and strong investment in systems, structure, and people development, the company is now seeking a capable HR Manager to lead the HR function and drive strategic initiatives across the organization.

Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and organizational change.
  • Build and implement career paths, competency frameworks, and people development programs.
  • Strengthen company culture and lead initiatives to improve employee engagement.
  • Drive change management efforts as the company implements new systems (SAP B1) and new SOPs.



Team Management

  • Lead and coach two HR Officers responsible for:
    • Payroll & HR Operations
    • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Provide guidance, support, and ongoing coaching to elevate HR capability.
  • Ensure effective HR service delivery and continuous process improvement.



Talent Acquisition & People Development

  • Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and drive proactive hiring strategies.
  • Enhance employer branding and talent retention programs.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.



HR Operations

  • Oversee payroll (Humansoft), HR administration, employee relations, compliance, and facilities management.
  • Review and improve HR policies, SOPs, and workflows to align with a more modern and structured organization.
  • Support both office and warehouse teams with HR advisory and day‑to‑day operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of broad HR experience covering both strategy and operations.
  • Proven experience supervising or coaching HR team members.
  • Strong background in organization development, culture building, and employee engagement.
  • Hands‑on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Ability to excel in a fast‑moving, creative, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience supporting mixed workforce groups (office + warehouse staff) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Humansoft, SAP, or similar HR systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership presence, and problem‑solving skills.
