Job Description

  • Lead a wide range of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and HR projects.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to support the company's rapid growth.
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new and relocated employees.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local employment laws, providing clear guidance to employees and managers.
  • Organize events and initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work culture.
  • Take ownership of various ad hoc HR projects.



The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of advanced HR experience, with over 3 years specializing in recruitment within the technology sector. Agency experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven skills in candidate sourcing and talent market mapping.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and AI-driven solutions.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin for effective communication with stakeholders in China.
  • Knowledge of local language is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles and employment laws, with expertise in Thailand being a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
