Our client is a leading chemical manufacturing company. Founded over a century ago, the company is growing successfully with its presence in over 30 countries and many businesses of related industry.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and support implementation of HR policies/initiatives.
  • Update and maintain employee data in HRIS system.
  • Liaise with HRIS support team at Head Office (India) for data updates and troubleshooting, serving as the main contact for HRIS issues.
  • Ensure timely recruitment for senior/expatriate positions and provide support to concerned units in the process.
  • Assist and coordinate with unit HR for initiative implementation and maintenance.
  • Collect relevant HR data from all units for analysis.
  • Aid units in developing Annual Training plans aligned with business needs.
  • Organize central training initiatives for employee development across units.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous HR management experience in manufacturing is a plus
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and labor union negotiations.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
